I deleted any softdrinks from my drink list, I drink water everyday every time (sometimes OJ but once a week). Amazing tips and i have been doing these (except the pores, but will do now). ONLY THING I HAVE TO ADD IS, Instead of a dermaroller, i would suggest a derma stamp, a lot of them have adjustable length and it works better because with a roller, the needles don't go in and come out straight, it can cause extra tearing and also damage the needles faster.
