If you are struggling with TMJ or an uneven jaw or facial structure then try out these 3 exercises as well as practicing proper tongue posture, also known as mewing. So in this video I show you How Doing THIS Will Make Your Jaw & Face Asymmetrical

In most cases, an asymmetrical face doesn’t need any treatment or medical intervention. In many cases, asymmetrical faces are considered to have a unique charm and attraction. If you’re concerned about asymmetrical features on your face, there are some cosmetic surgery procedures you may consider.

Facial asymmetry can be prominent and obvious, or it can be minimal not too noticeable. It can be a part of what makes you uniquely attractive, or it can detract from your self-confidence. If your face is slightly asymmetrical, know that you are in the majority.

Your slight deviance from symmetricalness is actually an improvement, it gives you mystic and unique character. I am glad you got your hairstyle back, it is 🔥🔥🔥 again.

Omg thanks so much,
I am a teen right now, I am thai but came to germany as I was small,
and since then to this day Ive wondered why I looked so different to my asian family,
it was because I made all those mistakes that let me look so different for ages,
cause when I remember, I never saw my asian family sleeping on the site or stomach, no only on their back,
also they chew on both sites and that is what makes them look so beautiful,
Ive been wondering how I coult get a glow up to fit more to my family.
and I tough I could not get a glow up cause of how "permanently" messed up I already look like
but I remembered that on youtube there are people like you that will give explenations on why I look like this and how to get a glow up
and since I still have ages till adult I have hope.

so THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS and I can start now! I am serious thank you so much 🥰

These things happened to me. I had a pretty normal asymmetrical face as everyone else, and I tried mewing to see how things would turn out. But once covid lock down hit, the asymmetry in my face took a turn for the worse. Mind you, at the time, I was a junior in high school and a senior when school was only online. Factors such as sleeping on one side of my face and mainly eating on that one side and maybe mewing made the asymmetry really noticeable. It took a huge toll on my confidence, and I still deal with it even now. Anyway, I've been trying to improve little by little, so I'll let you folks know how things turn out - to those that read this message. (Probably in a few months)

When I move my jaw from left to right my face becomes more symmetrical but then I can't get perfect bite . And when I get perfect bite my jaw moves back to place and my face becomes asymmetrical.

The skeleton of my jaw on the left side is more developed than on my right side (the bone at the back is slightly longer), I figured this was the case before due to me chewing food mostly on my left side for literally years. Why? A piece of my lower right back tooth once broke off, it felt weird eating there and for some reason I never went to the dentist, I just used my left side almost exclusively. Surprisingly it took me a while to figure out why this (jaw difference) was and I started going to the dentist again regularly years ago at this point which was a great decision as they fixed that tooth and I've been making sure to eat evenly ever since
Of course we're talking about bone here so I doubt there's anything I can do to ever solve this slight asymmetry, even though the muscles are even. It's annoying but I must blame my teenage self for this nuisance.

If anyone reads this please do not make this stupendous mistake, too. Some people are scared of the dentist but your teeth really are of amazing importance, thanks to my eating habits apart from that tooth and another one on the left everything else was fine but it could've been much worse. Make sure they don't rip you off with nonsensical and unnecessary treatments but please do take care of your teeth and see the dentist at least twice a year.

July edit: I also remember having tiny, dark dot on one of my front teeth, a bit to the right. God I felt self conscious about it sometimes but I just didn't bother to go to the dentist. Everyone who is around you regularly will see this dot sooner or later and can't unsee it afterwards. This is definitely a bigger issue than what it sounds like and when the dentist fixed this, too it felt so reliefing. Finally I could stop trying to hide this problem everytime I smiled or talked to someone, it's great to think back to this every now and again as it makes you appreciate the big important steps you've taken to improve your life (as silly as it may sound lol)

I remember a quote that said that once you accept that your heart is on your left then you can accept that you will never be symmetrical and that’s perfectly normal
