Idk what my problem is when i try to launch the forge installer i get the folder with all the files in it not the window that allows me to pick client installation or server installation

Once I put the forge files in and set the custom jar, the world nor the mods folder generate.

What program did you use to extract the forge jar file? im on windows 10 and having an issue that the forge installer doesnt wanna open like it did in the video
