7 or 14 day 'Embodied Awareness' retreat, Bavaria, Germany: August 17 - 31, 2025:
When you are faced with negativity or challenges first of all bring your attention fully present into the now and acknowledge that the challenge is present. Then consciously adopt an attitude of gratitude and pure positivity towards the situation and ask yourself, "what is the opportunity here for me? How can I learn and grow from this situation? How can I respond in alignment with higher consciousness?"
If your mind produces victim oriented or negative chatter simply notice it but do not identify as the 'I' in the mind story. Keep your identity firmly rooted in beingness as pure awareness. Observe the thoughts but don't try to control or change them and don't believe what they say.
At the same time become deeply present in your body and surrender fully to any sensations that are present, gently opening to and consciously feeling the aliveness within.
This practice will allow you to respond to life situations in alignment with higher consciousness instead of reacting from the ego, thereby creating suffering and chaos.
