🔹 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
🔹 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
🔹 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
For the Salmon

🔹 4 (5-ounce) salmon fillets (skin-on center-cut preferred)
🔹 Kosher salt
🔹 Ground black pepper
🔹 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
🔹 1 small lemon, cut into wedges, for serving
