Here are a couple of additions, maybe they will inspire you for future videos :)

When it comes to audio regions, Greg mentioned in the Club Cubase from March 24 2023 at 03:01:00 that they are useful for podcast and interview editing. You can drag 'n drop the regions from the audio pool to different tracks to edit the whole production conveniently.

I can't remember where I saw this, but when you're in the Audio Parts Editor, you can stack the different parts onto each other. If I remember correctly, this was useful for comping back in the days, before the comping tool was introduced to Cubase.
