Dropped grains from my diet and lupus antibodies went to zero. Carnivore would have done the same. It was the grains.

When I eat Brussel Sprouts and Asparagus my Sciatic nerve fires up and my right hip joint feels like it was hit by a sledge hammer. I' stick with carnivore.

Insight: humans are carbohydrate-addictive because when our genome was being sorted out (by natural selection) there were very few freely-available carb sources, especially in the size and attractiveness we see today. Hence nothing needed to be selected for in that process hence its consumption became a weakness that could be exploited by less compromised invaders: very few records are kept by extinct tribes. The advent of farming pushed selection for productivity and appeal of fruits and grains and partially by inexpertly modifying the genome for preferred crop outcomes. The sole counter to temptation is resilience, trying harder to never fall back into the harmfulness of carb consumption. Meat has enough anyway.
