Interpreting blood tests part 4 - what is an ideal CRP and does my increased uric acid matter?

This is the fourth installment of a lecture delivered by Dr Paul Mason at the Low Carb for Doctors Medical Conference held in Melbourne (Epworth Hospital, May 2018).
Dr Mason reviews optimal CRP levels and how ketogenic diets often change biochemistry values, including uric acid, chloride and bicarbonate.

Some Reference Rates don't seem to be very valid for a ketogenic diet or carnivore diet,
But a good indicator would be your high performance, your overall life improvement,
Your quality of life is what determines many of these references,

Great presentation. U said high urea with keto is probably OK not hut panic button..what about creatinine going from .6 to 1.2? Urea went back down from .25 to .66 back. 25 but creatinine stayed at 12 any thought? 3 months into low carb/keto.

So what are APOE4s supposed to eat? Every food that has fats has saturated fats in it too. Isn’t it’s the higher blood glucose is the problem with brain insulin resistance and not the fats? Polyunsaturated and mono fats get oxidized easier than saturated fats...
