I have a C5-C6, C6-C7 and C7-Th1 disk herniation (MRI scan). The C7-Th1 disk herniation is pinching my ulnar nerve root for my right hand, which is causing electric tingling in my little and ring fingers.
I have tried many things, many exercises, physio therapy and chiro. This is going on since July 7 2024.
So far, I have found this exercise to be the only thing that actually reduces symptoms.

Wow! I was told years ago to avoid overhead stuff like shoulder presses and pull ups. I did resume pull downs and do pull-ups w assist right now to build back up. I get tweaked now and again. I dead hang a lot from a pull-up bar. Feels good. Because I was told to. It do so many things, I lost my bigger, rounded shoulders.

I workout everyday and this has been very frustrating now that i have no strength in my shoulder/arm. Is this something that will go away, and i should be able to go back to lodting how i used to or should I accept that i will have to love with havi g my arm weak

Hello!! Why do you want the shoulders to shrug?? I would have thought with extra UT engagement you would get extra compression on the cervical vertebrae further aggravating the issue.. could you explain please
