This is a more touching one: On the original Universal Frankenstein films, Kenneth Strickfaden received absolutely no screen credit for designing the lab equipment. So when Mel Brooks used the same lab equipment for Young Frankenstein he made sure that Strickfaden got full credit for it.

Another useless fact that you could have put in is that Tom Sizemore was nearly dropped from Saving Private Ryan due to his drug problem. Stephan Speilberg was going to drop him from the movie if he failed a drug test once, he would've reshot the whole film with a different actor even if the film was overschedule.

#33: The reason Monty Python and the Holy Grail ends so abruptly is because they literally ran out of money and couldn't finish the movie.
#73: While recapping the day, Ferris says "We ate pancreas". The "pancreas" scene was cut. The scene would have had them trying to order in the French restaurant and shocked to discover pancreas on the menu.
#76: At Katz's Delicatessen, a sign hangs from the ceiling above the table where Crystal and Ryan sat that reads "Where Harry met Sally... hope you have what she had!". (side note: a MUST stop on any tour of NYC. Their freshly cut hot pastrami sandwiches are AMAZING!)
#97: "That's 'Frahnken-steen'. My name, it's pronounced 'Frahnken-steen'".

1. The woman in the "Alameda" scene from Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home was an extra who initially didn't have any lines. When she accidentally ad logged her reply to Captain Kirk's question, Leonard Jimmy liked it so much that she was asked to apply for a SAG card so she could be paid a speaking actor's wage.
2. In the closing credits to Star Trek III: The Search for Spock, Uhura's name is misspelled.
3. Sean Connery was asked to play Spock's half brother Sybok in Star Trek V: The Final Frontier. When he turned it down, the script was slightly rewritten and the "God planet" was named Sha Ka Ree after him.
