Wtf, i just started it, and wtf, im surprised, i didnt think anything would actually help. Been in a relashionship for 6 years then he left me for no real reason, altho i found 1000 reasons why he could have, he told me theres no real reason. And exactly as you described, i kind if hate him now altho i think hes mostly perfect, i see no way i could get back with him logically, i also never want to give him 5mins of my time again but i desperately want to get back with him at the same time.

And what you said already in just the first 5 mins about being mad i wasnt loved the way i loved him, the kind of “ jealousy “ you described, is so on point, and it has helped so much because its so true and i didnt think of it that way. Mind blowing. Thank you so much, its already very helpful.
