I can get milk from a local farm, unhomogenized, either raw or only low pasteurized, preserving nutrients, and from Jersey cows at the supermarkets here. Anyone watching this might also want to look for milk from Jersey cows. It is A2 milk, but might not be obviously labelled as such. The farms caring for these cows tend to treat them very well and feed them on their proper diets of grass. Keep an eye out. There is a revolution coming in people preferring to eat real food that won't make us sick and a booming market.

You know my favorite Feta! I've watched a few of you videos and they are so informative, easy to understand and you use real products! Love it.

I have goats milk for my family but the FDA won’t allow me to sell it to others. Unless I turn the milk into junk food.

Sadly in our rural town, we only have Walmart and small grocery stores with none of these items. Sad.

Thanks Dr. Gundry. Watching from the Philippines where we have fewer choices.

You need to go to France, change their attitude about dairy . It will take hard work, the french love the health benefits . The french studies show anti cancer, no chronic illness, low inflammation, low heart diseases and slow ageing.

Dr. G. Have you seen “Good” cottage cheese and “So Good” yogurt? Probiotic rich! Grass fed and so low in sugar (2g) ? Great products, but do you approve, because you are my gold standard! ❤️

Casein A1 is a very individual issue. A good digestion should breakdown the protein to it's constituent amino acids

We bought a share in a dairy herd and we get raw milk from A2 cows. Delicious!

I was so happy to know that I could drink milk again using A2 milk. So I run to the store bought a 1/2 G A2 milk. I made a big bowl of chocolate milk. it was a disaster. Not only I had to run to the bathroom emptying my body completely, but it was extremely painful due a build up of gas in my stomach. This does not happen if I use lactose free. Did I miss understand some thing here?

The problem is finding real grass fed, most labeled grass fed is lies and we can't know whats happening at the farms there.

Thank you for the information. Our family loves Bellwether Farms' plain sheep milk yogurt. I get it at Whole Foods.

Hiya Doc! So you've inspired me to try out the goat's milk...I've always heard that it's rather think, but I'm really negatively associating the milk's viscosity with the negative effects of cow's milk on my digestion. And the coconut ice cream is sweetly calling my name! Lol!! 😄👍 Cheers for this vid!

Your lucky, your spoilt for choice Dr gundry. Here in Australia, all we have is A2 milk, goats milk and goats cheese.
