Hey Ali, I never in my life thought I’d quit milk, nothing makes me feel better than a cup of milk with coffee in the morning, but i suddenly started noticing that although I workout and eat healthy food my stomach was bloated I felt so bad I thought that it’s because I need to loose weight but then again I work out like crazy so I questioned myself where am I going wrong ?! Then one morning I didn’t have my cup of milk by coincidence and I noticed my stomach was soooo flat ! No gas no huge stomach! I used to also think to myself am I the only one who’s always gasy !? But after I saw the difference, I decided to quit dairy cause it’s not worth it at all today was my first day dairy free and I feel amazingly light ! I can even jog faster

I read this book the enzyme factor and it says humans are not meant to drink cow milk and especially after it’s gone through everything even if a baby calf would drink the milk we drank they would die. After reading that book I quit diary ✨

I suffered like hell in school. Always had digestive & sleep issues. Horrible cramps, gas & bloating in class. I failed everything & they even tested me to see if I was learning disabled (the R word that will probably get this comment deleted). I had to get a GED & I have been suffering with low-paying jobs & couldn't stand the thought of going to college. Now I'm 50 & just learning this. So it looks like dairy & sugar completely destroyed my entire life.

Thank you for your video. It is great that reducing dairy products worked for you too.

I quit dairy milk when I was in primary and I switched to soy milk. My sisters grew up with daily meds but I did not need them, they wore glasses but I did not need them. I rarely had spots or teeth probs. Other people in my schools were full of spots, had very yellow even black teeth, some were missing teeth, and they were on daily meds and needing glasses too from a young age! Others were also quite large while I was in a healthy BMI range all the time, I had plenty of energy, I was very active and I had a very positive attitude and mood unlike others who were full of sad stories and often had very serious or sad expressions on their faces. Others had lost lots of hair while I have a head full of hair.

I can totally recommend reducing dairy as much as possible especially if one is in an unhealthy BMI range and then when you are in a healthy BMI range having max a few portions a week (up to 5). I am in my forties now and at the moment I eat about 2 portions of dairy a week. In the last 30 years I have been to a dentist just twice. I have all my teeth and they are healthy and strong unlike those of A LOT of other people in London who are in their forties. People who have been going to dentists regularly in Europe as adults are missing a lot of A GP (family doctor) in the UK once suggested to me to eat one portion of dairy with all meals but I have found their advice to be quite wrong. Medical staff have been giving those recommendations but the population has been balooning in size and complaining of all manner of health problems including very weak teeth, bloating, many digestive problems, poor mental health etc. Their sorts of advice has really NOT helped the population to stay in good shape or have healthy strong teeth for life. I eat a lot LESS dairy than that and I am healthier than other people my age.

I have stopped buying products that contain cow's milk or products made with cow's milk. Lots of dairy products are unhealthy as they often contain a lot of sweeteners including refined white sugar which is very bad for the body eg yogurts, ice-cream, desserts, milkshakes, custards etc. By not buying these dairy products I have reduced the amount of unhealthy sugar that was in my diet too.

I have also reduced sugar. I have banned refined white sugar from my kitchen, I never use it or add it to my foods. I use unrefined natural sugar if I need a sweetener eg organic coconut sugar, fruit or a little honey. I do not buy foods that have sugar as the first/main ingredient. I VERY rarely eat sweets and I almost never drink sugary drinks. I have just a fruit juice occasionally. Tap water is my main drink.

It is really easy to make your own homemade oat milk with no additives. Soy milk and nut milks are not difficult to make at home too. These homemade milks can be sweetened with chopped dates, raisins, a little honey if they need to be sweetened.

Reducing dairy in my diet has helped me in these ways:
Losing extra weight and maintaining a healthy weight
Produced clearer skin with fewer spots
Improved energy levels
Improved my ability to exercise, go up stairs, jog and dance
Improved my mood which is more positive, optimistic and happy
Improved my concentration levels and made me more determined
It has helped me reduce the sugar in my diet as many dairy products contain lots of sugar
It has made my teeth stronger and gotten rid of tooth pain
Improved my breathing and singing as I was wheezing when I was eating dairy every day and I was unable to sing a whole song too
It has made me more aware of what is in products I used to buy as I am checking ingredients labels all the time!
It has improved my bank balance
It has helped me come off prescription drugs
It has improved my relationships
I am less gassy and feel less bloated and uncomfortable after eating

Best wishes

I was having a good amount of half&half in my coffee every morning and started having a lot of stomach pain and low energy. I eliminated the half&half and did intermittent fasting and on day one I had so much more energy.

I was under the impression that once a baby is weaned off of milk, their body stops producing the enzymes to break it down, which means all humans are lactose intolerant. We just developed some sort of immunity to milk because we consume so much of it.

It's not only the lactose issue with cow's milk, the protein casein is also a major cause of allergies and inflammation.

Quitting cow cheese has been the most rewarding and most difficult thing I've been doing with my health. It practically cured my rinitis/sinusitis.

I recently cut out all dairy from my diet and I mean ALL. I had read that people who are lactose intolerant can consume some of the hard cheeses without any digestive issues but this wasn’t the case for me. Once I cut out all dairy from my diet I started to lose weight and after months of being dairy free I’ve lost over 20 pounds and 3 inches in my waist. Also, I don’t care how much they claim to be Dairy Free, Lactate brand dairy products still have some dairy in them. I tried their Ice Cream after being dairy free for 3 months and the results were not good! When you start reading ingredient labels and get strict with a non dairy diet you’ll realize just how much diary is in everything we consume each day. ✌️

And also because these days the milk that we consume is adulterated to an extent where there’s absolutely no nutritional value remaining. It’s hard to digest and brings with it several other health issues.

Bro minimalism is the best way. Literally I eat an animal based diet, no gluten, grains, dairy.... its meat, eggs, ghee, fruits when i workout, fish and thats it. also a lot of salt ;)

I grew up in China, Still remember back then in my middle school, we were also kinda coerced by school to sign up for a milk program with a local company, and guess what ? All the kids hate the milk . Most of us don’t even drink, and Some time we’ll collect a huge piles of smaller bags of expired milk and them find an volunteer to dump them out. What a waste of milk and money .

I like lactaid milk. It tastes same if not better and it takes so much longer to expire unlike regular milk.

Dude I found out I was allergic to stuff in dairy and I. Wheat and am dropping dairy out of my diet to see how I feel

The real truth is every human is lactose intolerant. Just that those who are allergic have noticeable signs. Everyone else has not symptoms. 😂 Milk is just hard to digest, and it’s in many things.
