I recognise myself. I'm still working on it. Became vegan two years ago at 65 and constantly learning new things. Husband often says to me how do you know that. I used to say must have read it somewhere, now it's watched it on YouTube. My greatest joy is growing my own veg and playing with my rescue Lurcher.

I learned from holocaust memory books that the people who survived were those who were mentally strong. Now it is a message in every difficult situation including covid.

Just watched about Cus D’Amato, he really believed he would live to see Mike Tyson to win heavyweight championship. He was saying “people die cause they have nothing to live for”, though he did have something to live for, but he didn’t live to see Mike winning and he wasn’t even that old only 77. So it’s not really true all these stuff, whatever fate has for you, you can’t really change it with just believing in something. Just enjoy today’s day and don’t think of living forever. Even Michael Jackson wanted to live till 150, so we all know how long he lived.
