String art is perfect for beginners. In this step by step tutorial, we go into all the details about all the supplies you need as well as perfectly scaling your image to the size of your board. Don't look anywhere else, this is the best string art video you will find!

The last couple of projects that we’ve done have all been utilizing the scrap pieces of wood laying around the shop. This one is no different! Miranda loves doing crafts and we’ve seen some string art at a lot of local craft shows and thought it would be something new an exciting to try out!

After a little research, we realized it’s incredibly easy to do! Simply print a design, hammer some nails in, remove the paper, and wrap it in string! Since it's so easy, we wanted to make a quick tutorial video giving the best step by step instruction so you can make some easy gifts or head to a craft show to show off your skills!

One tip we want to share is to fully wrap the string around the nail to keep everything tight and also prevent the string from slipping off the nail.

I'm a silver person but never saw copper nails and I think it would look really nice.
I want to do string art on sturdy paper to put on greeting cards. It just occurred to me a small paper punch would work.

is there a nail gun you could suggest for this? I am planning a very large string art with >180 nails and i cant think of doing it with a hammer
