God of War - HOW TO GET The Secret Axe Pommel (Rare Item Location)

READ DESCRIPTION FOR A STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE IF YOU ARE STILL STRUGGLING!!!

STEPS.
Stand in circle and look at centre (Tyr's Temple)
CODE 1 - Left,Centre,Right,Left,Centre (Gong Sound is a timed checkpoint)
CODE 2 - Down,Right,Left,Centre.
You can attempt code 2 a few times before having to restart the first code.
I tested this many times, and it's around 1 minute of trying code 2, before you need to re-do the first code again.

SIDE NOTE.
If you're still having trouble, you can try doing the code while constantly aiming (Hold L2) which you may find easier.

This can be done on both regular and new game+
First playthrough (PURPLE)
New Game + (RED)

If you dont hear the first bell then keep doing the pattern till you hear it and then do the second pattern and it will appear.

In the muspelheim tower stay at the center of the circle wait for The first Bell then wait for the second Bell Then the tear will appear

Tried for an hour and found out that if you heard the first gong, you do not have to repeat the whole process. Just stay still. Do not leave the circle and repeat the second part (down-right-left-middle) as many times as you need until you hear the second gong.

Just got it now. I found doing is at moderate speed helpful. Not too slow and not too fast.

I got it on the second try for the purple but it took fifteen minutes worth of attempts to get the red. Also, if you don't get the gong for the second sequence you can at the very least try one more without resetting for the full sequence.

What is a definition of doing this correct ? Where should you look ??? At the fire? At the line on the left ? At the portal when it's right? It's not working ... maybe they released a patch and removed it
