This video actually gave me a whole new perspective over my progress on literally everything. I have read books regarding consistency and success etc. but I never received such an amazing perspective to achieve any goal. Although I have achieved many of my goals focusing on the big goal and taking that as a motivation and what not but it was never satisfactory enough and always felt like something was missing and at the end it felt like a chore and not an achievement. This whole new perspective is really helpful!

Damn this is such good advice lots of people forget about patience since its like the 2 guys who go to the gym the first guys just trying to come for one day of the week and do 1 set of squat bench and deadlift but the other guy thinks hes going to go 5 times a week do every exersice imaginable in 4 hours and go for one day and then is burned out when the other guy is prioritising the lonng term by staring small
