It is good to dream but in terms of cleanliness Nairobi city has a long way to go bro. Show us videos from Eastlands(Eastleigh, Dandora, Kayole, Mathare etc) and even the whole of Nairobi CBD then we will talk. You can't compare Kigali to Nairobi in terms of cleanliness. Nairobi needs about 10 to 15 years of daily cleaning to reach Rwanda's current level.
