We use light switches every day, and yet have you ever seen the inside of one? In this video we open up 3 types of light switches: the basic light switch, 3-Way light switches, and 4-Way light switches. We also explore how they can be wired together to turn on one or multiple lights.

The day after this video dropped, but a day before I came across it, I literally opened up a couple 3-way switch boxes to trace my home’s internal wiring for an upcoming project.

I’m glad to say that I figured out how they work (the hot wires in different positions was the clue) and this vid confirmed it. Thanks!
