thanks for the video and explanation! I have a four gang switch connectors, only difference is my switches are the type with four screws and the ground. please forgive my ignorance how would I wire the hots and the neutrals ? which of the four screws on the switches would I use? I am thinking I would put the hot wire into the first switch (bottom left) run the hots to the respective bottom left screws (kind of like your video) and then the top left screw run to the outlets (exhaust fan and three lights) then the neutral to the first line to the outlets, then in series to the other outlets (exhaust fan and the three lights). Am I completely off base with this line of thinking ?

Please per the illustration, for the switches used thus the 3 and 4 gang, you can see that it is 2 way thus having three terminal, L1, L2 and common.
You use one of L1 or L2 for the supply or Live and you rather use the common for the load (lamp holder).
