I have been there myself, but one thing that I learned during that time is to never take too much on yourself. We can't fight everyone's problems, or be the fixer for everything, or put ourselves in situations tha we should not be in. Life can be very overwhelming as it is, so we definitely don't need to add to it. It comes a point in life where you have to get help with your problems and not let them overtake you. It's okay not to be okay, but because of Jesus we don't have to stay that way. Hallelujah!

My cousin battled depression which was masked for a long time. 😪 Even though my church ⛪️ had special events where he attended, just wish 🤞 🙏 he could've went to service on a regular weekly basis. Then he got caught up in his personal battle too much and he ended up paying the ultimate price for it. RIHP 🙏🙏❤️❤️
