My Skepticism of the Solution Focused Approach - WHY THAT CHANGED - SFBT Moments Volume 240

We hear it all the time. "Are you sure solution focused brief therapy works when this client is ______?" or "SFBT only works in superficial situations." I once thought those things too. But now I view SFBT through a different lens.
