Through consistent training and nutrition control, anyone can transform their fitness for the better. I started training roughly 9 years ago, when I was 16 years old, of which the past 6 years have involved serious training.

In the years I have been training, I have made my fair share of training and nutrition mistakes. These mistakes have provided valuable learning lessons. To help you make faster progress in your fitness journey, I will be sharing the 5 most valuable learning lessons so far in my fitness journey.
