I've had success with a magic eraser to remove the sticker reside, and follow with a tiny amount of baking soda and water paste and rinse.😊

Great picks! Not sure if you've already tried and whether it would particularly work on concrete items but a hairdryer over a sticky label can melt the glue and make the label come off. If you have no joy, I guess it's sandpaper as a last resort! p.s. would you ever do some architecture vids on your channel discussing different housing styles, pros and cons? Have a wonderful weekend, thanks for sharing :-)
