Ok all my brothers note one thing subscriber didn't mention what volt of capacitor he use in CKT . When I made it's give me 20% more signal but in basement area the module can't be do anything just a peace of board. So U guys really want to made use 4700, 100 and 10uf capacitor volt 10 it may work some effective. Battery 6 to 12v.

Your basic IDEA is very good, but, come on dude, Mobile Signal is Radio Frequency, and it is very-very high frequency, are you sure using LM386 as the heart of this circuit?
If internal of this Chip based on at least 300MHz transistors, may be it will works with AM to FM signal for boosting it.
