Could you possibly do a video delving deeper into what is considered "Altered Content".. like for me, I often run different filters on my videos, that essentially "alters" the original footage.. does that mean I need to click yes, or do things like that not qualify, and are they talking more about adding a burning car to a scene that doesn't actually have a burning car..
