Suggestion for youtube shorts:::
1. Allow horizontal videos so it picks up detail
2. Allow 30 seconds music for free.
3. Shorts should be between 15, 30, 60 and 120 seconds.

as someone new to creating YouTube content, I like Shorts format because it eliminates the video editing (or at least limits your options) technical knowledge you need to know but at the same time getting your foot on the YouTube door but introducing you to the "Admin" side of YouTube - video titles, description, thumbnail, etc. At the very start of any YouTube channel, IMO, just getting started and not overthinking the entire video production process helps and this designated Shorts tool is good as it has all the basic tools you need. Plus, the tools use are so similar to other Social app that it makes it easy to focus on content and as you get better and get the first couple of videos under your belt, you can then start looking into getting better quality.
