YO I just learned something new that you will love! Asian noodles are alkaline which gives it its unique texture. And boiling pasta noodles in baking soda will give it the same effect. Just give it a rinse when straining it . I hope you try it!

I keep hearing hibachi, this is teppanyaki. They are similar bit not the same.
