Hi Kait, thanks for keeping up the good work. By the way I left a comment in your 3 day carnivore meal plan. Here an little update: my Mom's blood sugar levels went already down. In me I haven't yet felt any change, maybe just less bloated. And I found that we have a delicious soup here in Germany better said in Bavaria with Liverdumplings. That's how I was able to eat liver to the meat patties 😊
