Age doesn't matter in terms of aim and reaction time, the only reason why older people tend to be worse at videogames than teenagers is because teenagers have a lot more time to play and practice because they have less life responsibilities, and also teenagers are a lot more hungry for wins and more often have that fire inside them, but people who think that reaction time or aim are the reason are literally stupid. Look at f0rest for example, he is 32 and he still outaims all the young fraggers. Or for example RocketJumpNinja, a mouse reviewer and a veteran Quake player who is around 38 years old and still hits 150ms reaction time easily and he also has amazing aim in Quake.

As a 33 year old Global Elite player I can say my reflexes have gone down a bit over the years but I gained a lot of gamesense in return. Also I noticed that where I played really stable before it kinda swings a bit now. I have games with 10 kills and 40 adr but also with 30k and 150+ adr.

Technically it does, when your older your body starts also growing older. Which makes reaction time, hearing plus concentration lower. plus you could be married and have to raise kids which will take your time or have other things in life which will take your time. so yes age does matter
