-Upright torso
-drop the hips down, not back
-knees and hips flex together

I'm new to weightlifting and struggled with squats. I'm 6"3 and tried narrow stance, but it felt like my knees were about to bust out the side of my legs. Wide stance hurt my back way more. I'll lower the weight and try a more narrow stance. My balance was also off

I'm 7 ft 1 never did barbell squats before but want to try would you recommend it for my height or is there better alternatives

Front squats and zercher squats are much better for tall individuals
