Damn. They took the skin off of the pan fried one. That's the best part about pan frying it, is the crispy skin!

I made the poached Salmon for myself and it was very flavorful. It was the healthiest method to cook the salmon. I squeezed lemon juice on top and it did the trick. Super satisfied! 🙂

A) poached salmon is served with a Mouseline or Aioli or any number of sauces. Never alone!
B) Pan fry is only for those who WILL eat the crispy skin.
C) When oven-baked ( paper or not ), the temp should NEVR exceed 250 F. in order to "slowly" cook the filet evenly.

So many people like "Lol no seasoning"
No shit???
It's fucking salmon! You eat salmon for the flavour of salmon! It's an expensive meat. If you throw fucking 24 herbs and spices on top you might as well eat pollock or straight up fish fingers

The woman in the dark cardigan needs her own channel. She describes each piece of salmon very nicely. Please provide their names.

I love a whole salmon filet baked at 400 degrees for 8-9 minutes. When I take it out of the oven it is still cooking. My husband likes my picatta sauce with capers pour over. Salmon is perfect and melts in my mouth.

Wow, wow, wow. This video is amazing; thank you so much for it. So helpful. I watched it and tried the instructions for baking the salmon, because of all the positive feedback in regards to the baking option. It turned out so well that my brother shared it with one of his friends, who then wanted more of it. And just like the video said, it was so easy to make. I'm mindblown that something so easy to make could turn out so good. Everyone enjoyed it. Thanks again.

You have these food critics that are using abnormal adjectives to describe a salmon and then you have this guy who's like
"They all taste like salmon"

I'm disappointed they didn't add the dishwasher as one of the cooking methods.

The first one tastes like salmon thrown in a bucket of hot water with batteries in it.

My personal favourite is grilled. Salt, pepper, a little bit of lemon zest, let it sit for twenty minutes then get the grill as hot as you can then grill it away. It's crispy, but not oily as you don't add any fat except the fat from inside the piece of salmon, tastes great, minimal clean up as the moment the grill cools down you can wash it. Love it
