Thank you so much for giving us important information I'm a diabetic type 2 recently I started getting foot swelling in right foot and toes a bit reddish I'm worried I can't work now because I can't stand on my feet too long and also sometimes my leg goes completely numb from the knee down I take my metformin but haven't seen a doctor yet because I'm trying to get medical insurance hopefully it's not any underlying conditions I don't know about because last time i saw a doctor my heart test and blood pressure kidneys were okay but i think something changed since because now I'm having problems urinating I'm a male 54 everyday first trip to bathroom it's difficult to pee by third trip it's better than on off rest of day sometimes good i go no problems then other times drips so hopefully when I'm able to see a doctor some meds will help me

Good Morning Adam I have watched your youtube channel and I must say the information you give is so helpful. At present my GP has put my on Blood Pressure Medication "Amlopipine 5mg. I have been taking them for about 4 months and it has caused many side effects such has feeling tried, swollen ankles/legs and now swollen gums. If there any other BP Medication I can take to stop the swollening. I have spoken to my GP many times and she says which BP Medication do you want and she will prescrip it. I am not a doctor and.
