Hi! I am from IL and your videos have been very helpful.
I was in an Uber when someone rear ended my uber driver and State Farm admitted liability already. It was not a big crash as the car does not suffer from any indentation or damage. However, the impact was about 20mph or below as the license plate was imprinted on the bumper of my Uber.
I had bad headaches and trouble with speech for the next coming months. Just about 1 week after the accident I went to the ER to get check out for internal bleeding or any serious issues. However, from the CT scans, it came back negative. I did then do a traditional MRI scan and nothing but an arachnoid cyst was found. Until I did the DTI MRI scan, they have found out my white matter density was decreased (lower than avg of my age) and asymmetrical, which is an indication of mild traumatic brain injury as some of my neurons are inactive. Dr said it is very difficult to tell if I can heal or not since it is neurons related as I can be permanently suffer from the mood chance, headaches, and trouble with articulate thinking.
I wonder, for a case like that, with the at fault driver having a 100k limit, what do you think my estimate or what should I settle for? I want to know if I should accept my first offer? THanks

Is there a good forum or area to post questions about our specific situations? I live in AZ, got in one accident that wasn't my fault, totaled my car. Then 22 days later, got rear-ended at a stop light which was only about $2500 worth of damage. I settled with the second insurance company but now the first insurance company is saying they aren't liable for anything after the date of the second accident. The first accident was more severe and they keep lowering the settlement amount since they are dodging liability... any ideas?

I have a question over a car accident . I was t bone while driving on the far right lane. Its was a 7 lane road with 3 on my side and 3 on the other side and one in the middle lane for cars to get in and out of driveway.

On my side of the raid there was traffic on my left two lane and my lane was clear to the light. I was drive about 30 in a 40. It seem like the jeep just went threw the cars on lane left of me. I didn't see enough space gap that would let me know the car was passing across.

We both have the same insurance and my adjuster want me to give a statement to the other parties adjuster. Should i do it?

Hi mr jz. I have a Car accident case and I don’t think I’m getting the right compensation. They say the settlement was 10.000 that the other insurance paid although we filled the claim with our insurance . My bills were 22.000 they cut the bills to 6.000 and after the attorney fees I end up getting 2.000 dollars and that they are going to file a different claim for um ( uninsured motorist)
That I might or might not get For another 20.000 and will charge once again for attorney fees they say it’s difficult to get because most of the time the insurance companies fight it. Now that is just me my wife was with me at the time of the accident and they said the her settlement is not ready yet. So the Lawyer gets paid, and do the $ for hospital bills come out of settlement .. ex: like if you get $50k lawyer gets 33% or so do you get the 33, 500 left or do the hospital come out to. Making it less
