I've used for 1 monthI starting from a total testosteron value of 343 ng/dl.I've just tested again the level two days ago and now is 498.60 ng/dl!I'm 48 year old!

A common cycle for Tongkat Ali is 3 weeks on and 1 week off. I've been taking it for 20 years and it still works for me. I cycle 5 days on, 2 days off for 3 weeks then 1 full week off. Your body does seem to get used to it. This cycling regime has worked for me for the last 20 years. I occasionally take a month off from time to time just because. I like to do a fast from all supplements once in a while.

I don't understand why this is getting so much attention now. I've been taking it for thirty years. I am 55 years old and my hormones are optimal. Testosterone level is in the upper 800 range and I look very young. I think it's genetics

24 year old male, 195 lbs. been taking tongkat for almost a month. been very consistent at the gym. there are days where i sleep deep and amazing and other nights i am restless and struggle to sleep. Libido has definitely been the biggest change. been craving the stress lately especially at work. feeling confident.

i recently did read on potential side effects being joint pain and i might've psyched myself into believing it because now my knees hurt but it could also be due to my psoriasis and the fact that i neglect mobility workouts.

just wanted to share my experience. i really do think everyone should try it out especially those who are struggling in the T department. i used to be 242lbs at my heaviest, struggle with gyno, can't grow a full beard. hopped on carnivore diet/intermittent fasting and a strict 5 day gym 2 day rest routine and lost a good 62 lbs in 5-6 months. carnivore was the best thing for me in all categories: testosterone, confidence, my autoimmune disease, mental health, sex drive, motivation, etc. but recently ive been experimenting and tried to bulk for the first time. i've been incorporating more carbs along with the tongkat and experienced exponential strength gains and more facial hair growth. i would love to read more on everyone's experiences, i love learning about these kinds of things. best of luck to everyone, stay motivated

Awesome. This mirrors my recent experiences with it - though I'm yet to emerge from the 'fatigue' phase. It's an effort to get up in the morning and motivate myself into the gym. The libido effects were almost instantaneous, though. Experienced them hours after the first dose.

The first thing I noticed when I start taking it is, all of a sudden I have a lot more energy and libido is definitely higher. I don’t know about t levels but it definitely helps me train harder and makes me feel more motivated all around.

Usually I take one capsule of Tongkat Ali before my workout and one capsule of Ashwaganda after my workout, 4-5 times per week. I believe it had helped me with the quality of my workouts and my libido.

I started taking Tongkat Ali for 2 weeks. I noticed big difference. I am waiting for two other weeks to check my testosterone level, but I noticed that this supplement make big difference. I recommend it. I didn't notice any side effect. Thanks dr huberman

As with all yang herbs, one may find they sleep hotter and therefore less well. Might be a good idea to avoid taking before bed.

I just recently started supplementing with Tongkat Ali. Over all I would say my experience has been great so far. I feel like I am more balanced. Mood is more tempered, sleep is deeper, I feel like I want to go harder during my workouts. I feel like there is a level of mental clarity that has also been achieved with this supplement, more focus? I am supplementing my Tongkat Ali through a product called Ferodrox. This product is a testosterone matrix support supplement. It's suppose to help support healthy test and estrogen levels - maybe the balancing affect I have been experiencing. It's been about 3 weeks with this product so far, I'm looking forward to seeing how it continues!
