Women in STEM Ep.2: A Female View on Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths

#Engineers design and develop valuable technologies and machinery that advance our society and improve our way of life.
But even in 2022 Women are still underrepresented in engineering and computing in the EU. The EU-funded ebalance-plus project has many successful #STEM women in leadership positions. Meet 9 of these women for an open conversation about their careers, the support they received and the obstacles they had to overcome.
At ebalance-plus we aim for giving girls and women the confidence to succeed in Science, Technology, Engineering or Maths by introducing them to role models from Spain, Italy, Turkey and the Netherlands.
