Great advice! I'm 49, 5feet tall, 105 and fit. I like to dress elegant and appropriate. I don't like to show too much skin. Too much skin exposure looks desperate.

I could not stop laughing at the toilet paper. I recently made two fashion mistakes in one shopping trip. First, I purchased jeans because they were on sale but didn't check the rear view to see they had some weird design on the back pockets...LOL. Thanks for highlighting the mistakes in a humorous way!

I am 55 and own a pair of nice fitted jeans with a couple of fashionnnably holes near the knees. My sister in law (58) was so envious and surprised that I could pull that look. She thought she was too old for those type of jeans !!. She went out and bought a pair the next day! You are right Erin, it’s all about pairing trends!

Years ago I lost a lot of weight and could fit easily into my 9 year old daughters clothes .. that didn’t mean I should I learned the hard way !. She had bought a “ goth” dress at Hot topic. It was a cute red dress with kilt skirt and some funky oversized kilt pins on it. I found it one day unworn for awhile put it on .. it fit ! Looked cute to me .. I went to gas station and noticed several double takes but soo??? When I walked down my daughters hall she looked at me “ what are you doing wearing my dress??” At my son’s school my son reacted “ get in the car now are you crazy “. I then realized it looked like a Fetish dress on me.. seriously not the look I was trying for and definitely not to my children’s school !! Big time Fashion Flop and then some !

Great video! Seeing those big hipped pants on you reminds me of the class picture I took with my first graders 10 years ago. The fit of my pants was just like that and I looked 20lbs. heavier. Never forgot that one! 🙈
