Gonna need to put a dummy AirTag that’s visible for a thief to take off and make them think they got rid of it when the real one is hiding in the stem.

essential to remove the speaker in the airtag, wherever you put it, very easy to do

Putting an AirTag below the seat is probably the best option. If you put one in the frame, it'll rattle around or get damaged. With it being under the seat, it'll be protected more.

the bell option is good. I'd say a must if you're in the apple world.

I think that cut a hole in the frame and weld it back with the AirTag inside

I think putting the AirTag in the bell would be counterproductive. The steel housing would block the airtags signal.

Putting it under the saddle with a duct tape is a bad idea. Put it inside the saddle is more suitable.

Even if you have an AirTag and know where it is. Depending on where it is, a cop might not be able to get a warrant to search. You’d have to wait outside the place it was last seen and stake it out basically, hoping the thief moves it. Then hope the cops can get there in time

You get a location in your phone it's weird there's was one in my friend's van bc we got messages and we found it and broke it then it stopped showing the location
