Trust is fragile; once broken, it rarely mends. Have you experienced this?

The part about people lacking self-awareness really hit home. It’s exhausting dealing with individuals who never take responsibility. Stoicism’s approach to maintaining inner peace is truly life-changing. Thank you for this practical and philosophical guidance

Trust is delicate and sadly most people don't deserve it.

I used to fear failure and avoid challenges in life. But Stoicism taught me that courage is freedom, and every challenge is an opportunity for growth. “He who is brave is free.” – Seneca. Now, I face every obstacle with strength and confidence. Thank you!

"07:11: People Who Habitually Share Others' Secrets".Those who habitually share others' secrets often lack respect for boundaries and confidentiality. Trust is built on integrity, and if someone can’t keep a secret, it’s a clear sign to be cautious around them. True trust requires reliability and discretion.

Good Grief! A lot what was said brought back memories of family and so call friends I have encountered. I am in my golden years and just learning peoples personalities. I was sheltered as a child being raised in a religious background. But I am differently learning to shelter myself from toxic people. Hopefully I will be able to soon be able to chose wisely who to associate with.

Trust is precious; not everyone deserves it. Stoicism teaches us to discern true friends from those who wear a mask of friendliness.

Stoic, that is why I pray everyday and 9 out 10 God directly or sometimes indirectly
shows me in visions or others ways what exactly is going on.
