Study Strategies | How I study for exams: Microbiology edition

You certainly put in a lot of work here; both in the creation of your video and in the documentations. So my question is. On average how much time do you spend in listen/reading the required course work, taking the notes, learning objectives,  the furthering of remaking the notes into a table that fits your personal view, collectively. Also, I know this is a long shot, but would you happen to know your specific personality type? The Myers Briggs? I ask because I am currently sitting at a 3.58GPA, this is my second year in college. Keep in mind, I am 28,  with ADD, and  my sleep has always been compromised. Thus, the transferring of short to long term memory isn't as copacetic as it could be. Lastly, I am an INFJ. So In this I know that for the intuitive, memory and the presentation of any question plays the biggest role. If anyone has any suggestion's,  please do help....I am not convinced that I am a bad test taker. I believe that no matter what I do, no matter how much I study, it all comes down to who and how the professor  decides to articulate the test questions. can anyone relate? Or do you agree?

AAAHHH TCA Cycle!!! Micro was a pre-req for me, and what worked best for me was flashcards, flashcards, flashcards! Its like a mini quiz for yourself, and if you have a photographic memory (like myself) you can see the flashcards in your head! Congrats on your exam! I have an immunology exam wednesday and biotech on friday, then spring break!!

I think where I struggle in is remembering material after the exam. I study hard and understand the material but where does all the info go after a few weeks after the exam?
