I feel like the look on cassie's face when she was coming down the stairs says a lot. She would usually be timid after a fight, but here she had a smirk/seemed not to care. Maybe she is going to become more heartless or less of a pushover. I think something finally clicked in her brain.

also people saying jules is a back character this season clearly do not realise that most of the plots are surrounding her. Rue with her struggles, elliots whole introduction is about tension w jules and rue, nates entire character has jules at the centre, the cal/nate plot, Jules is at the centre of so many plots whether you realise it or not.
