To issue or cancel Final Exit visa, iqama must be valid :

An expatriate cannot obtain a final exit visa in Saudi Arabia without holding a valid iqama or a residency permit, a Saudi lawyer has said.

“No expat can get a final exit visa issued until he/she renews the iqama,” lawyer Zyad Al Shalaan said in a TikTok video.

Earlier this, The General Directorate of Passports (Jawazat) said that the worker’s passport must have at least 60 days of validity in order to be able to issue a final exit visa for him from the Kingdom.

what if there is no valid iqama ? iqama is expired for more than 90 days/almost year, and have kharooj nihai, then how can expat apply for final exist visa?

I made my family to final exit today...but they are with me..beacuse still 2 month are there to leave. I made ticket at 60th day. But question is...after a month my iqama, (i am the sponsor for my dependants ) going to expire....Now whether my visa will be renewed or my dependant shoild leave before my visa going to expire.?

This company take my interview multiple time and issue my offer latter multiple time but this company not hiring me and not onboarding me.

This company take my first interview in December 20 in 2023 and again take my second interview in January 2024 and issue both offer latter but they are not onboarding me.

From 20 December 2023 they are giving me hope and they are just playing with me.

From 20 December 2023 to now I'm jobless.

I'm very upset and very harrassed by this company.

This company is located in restanura.

Pls take action against this company.
