'Bakit cancelled?' Quad comm says decision came before Duterte signaled intent to attend

The co-chairpersons of the House quad-committee investigating the Duterte administration's drug war clarified Tuesday (November 12) that the decision to cancel their November 13 session came before the signaled intent of former President Rodrigo Duterte to finally attend after skipping its past hearings.
