That satisfying feeling you get when you can do a full push up(for 45sec) 🎉🎉🎉🎉
For 3 rounds push up in a workout i use resistance band for 2nd and 3rd rounds

Pushing up is not my problem, it is the going down motion. I can’t go all the way down without hitting the floor. But can easily push up from lying down position. I don’t know what’s the reason for it. Can you please help me?
