I am an allopathic doctor and usually allopathic and Ayurvedic doctors don't see eye to eye but I love this man's video and they make sense. We need to see that Ayurveda is a way of living and prevents diseases in the long run and allopathy is essential ofcourse for acute serious health conditions ✨

I usually face bloating and gas when I consume baking soda in a meal, my hack is to use sour curd instead of baking soda. A spoonful of curd (and some ghee) will give similar or somewhat better results than baking soda and will also make idli/appam/dhokla more spongy and soft.

The second one is a Bihari Dish named Sattu Paratha. It's super tasty and We eat it often on a regular basis, mostly with baigan ka choka or Bharta which is equally healthy.

Here i came for an important matter, i really wanna say to you..
I bought sunscreen, moisturizer as per looking ur videos bcz of the tendency to far away from harmful chemicals..
Aroma sunscreen jst awesome 🌸
But, Indus valley Moisturizer that U once suggested was exceptional..
I bought it. But later i felt some cooling effects when it applied. I referred its ingredients and it contains alcohol content and other serious ingredients that considered to be worst.
I stopped its usage..
Im gonna buy aroma magic moisturizer.
I Appreciate ur efforts but please be a little bit careful when u suggest products.. BECAUSE WE STILL TRUST U🌸

Also about the sprouts one, my bestfriend brings them for me but in a little different way and trust me it is very tasty (coming from someone who is extremely picky about food)

All you have to do is soak chana too when you're soaking sprouts and when they're really to eat, add pomegranate in it, not only will it add more nutrients to it but it is also makes it taste like a snack, i love it and always look forward to eating it.

Hope someone tries it :)
