It's so funny, as a gay man I have never thought of sexual preference as an outdated term. Am I just too old school?

Sara is extremely thoughtful and she adds such fresh air to this often-tired panel.

It's not her job to make decisions about things until she is a justice. She did the same thing Ginsburg did. But because she is more conservative leaning, you all want to attack her for not being transparent?

Yesterday My 60 year old aunt stood in line over three hours on the first early voting day in Ohio (scoliosis and a hip replacement). She said it was painful but she would do it again. Most important vote of her lifetime.🗳💙 I voted early as well.

This is cringe. And I refuse to believe that anyone is genuinely offended by the term "sexual preference"

Since when did sexual preference become an offensive term? That is a new one.

I’m gay and I didn’t know that sexual preference was offensive.

That was a great point by Sara at the end about filling lower courts with judges you want. All elections are important!!

Since when is the term 'sexual preference' offensive?? Are you kidding me?

A preference isn't necessarily a choice, either. I much prefer chocolate over vanilla. That not a choice, it's just what my brain tells me tastes better. Why would I choose not to enjoy vanilla just as much as chocolate?

Listened to some of the hearings and she's very smooth, I give her that. I find her demeanor very chilling to be honest, just like Mike Pence's. They both creep me out and this woman has an agenda and she's going to make decisions on the SC based on her warped ideology!😔

Sara pointed out something extremely important at the end of this clip. She said that Voting in the midterms and presidential elections matter, because if you pad the Local and the State Courts with the right judges, that is our first line of defense of having the case never make it to the imbalanced Supreme Court. SHARE THIS!!

What about babies rights? The dismembered babies have rights? They have a right to live. I used to be Pro Choice. I used to march at the rallies. My "VIEW " changed when I found out I am a survivor of being aborted by my parents. My mother's right to choose meant she chose to end my life. Miraculously, the abortion attempt failed and I am alive today. Let your choice be to... choose life for a baby, not death. I'm so glad I'm here today to share this emotional story of how my perspective did a 180° turn from staunchly Pro Choice to soberly Pro Life.

“This imbalanced court”....it’s a court of 9 justices. 9 is an odd number. How could it ever be balanced?

This show has an agenda. She's intellectual and seemingly fair at face value. Yet, you are spending days trying to have her exhibit forms of bias and prejudice? She has the endurance and age to do well for the US system. Why do we keep electing and nominating old people? I hope this judge further inspires people and leaders to lead America from politicians.

These hearings are a waste of time. Just get it over with, we already know what's going to happen.

MAN.... ppl are soo PC these days. "Sexual Preference" is offensive? SINCE WHEN? I thought it was okay?

She had a history of written opinions about ACA and Roe v Wade and was totally evasive on these issues. She claims she didn’t know Trump said he would appoint judges on these issues.
That’s pretty hard to swallow
