Truth be told both Women and Men want to be valued and respected for not just what they contribute but for being themselves; no two people are the same, Man or Woman, and if you think of the film "It's a Wonderful Life" and consider what life would be like for your family and people in general without you in the World, well no one is really aware of when, how often or deeply they touch other people and their lives - even if it may be for only a moment it could make a significant difference to that person.

We pay men to fix our cars. We pay men to make repairs to our homes, And cut our grass. We pay them for services. But 80% of the modern day men are useless. Women are more independent because they have to be. A lot of modern day men are raised by moms and grandmother's and they are treated like babies. The absence of the father makes modern day men useless. I work with several who can't wait to get home to play video games, but they want women who have jobs, cook, clean and care for them like a mom.

However, ask anyone of them who they turn to repairs to their car, house, heater or who invented the labour saving applinances they use. Ask them if they need an architect, brain surgeon, engineer do they automatically think of a man or woman. Hell simply ask them to name their ten favorite fashion, personal care, perfume, jewelry designers without identifying one male.
