Somehow time is not working on OCR. I enter a time to start but once I hit the run button it starts immediately doesn't wait for the start time

When I hit "Run" this works great. After the action is completed, it says "Not Running". Will this run every day automatically at the specified time? Or do I manually need to select "Run" for this to run daily? Thanks!!
