In this HubSpot tutorial, we will walk you through how-to assign users to additional teams in Hubspot.

With the team-only permission, team, users can only access records owned by them or their team, but with the additional team access, they can access the additional team's records and content too.

Steps to follow:

1. Log in to your HubSpot account and click on the gear icon in the upper right corner.

2. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Users & Teams.

3. Click the user you want to assign an additional team.

4. In the right panel, under the user's name, click the team dropdown menu.

5. Click the Additional teams dropdown menu and select the team you want to assign to the user.

6. You can assign up to five secondary teams per user.

7. Click Apply.

8. Click Save. The user will now be part of the additional team, on top of their primary team.
