Most people think they need to save a million dollars to retire. But you can retire without having a huge savings. You need to figure out how to produce income. I have very little money in the back but I have assets they pay me. My money works for me instead of just sitting and earning interest. So if you don't think you can save one million or two million dollars in order to retire, then this video is for you. I will show you how can retire on an income without have a huge savings or stock portfolio.

Exactly how we did it. Except I have a pension but we did the same as you and your wife, lived in one paycheck and used the other to build our real estate empire.

Where do you live, f you don’t mind me asking?It seems like you live in a low-cost of living area. I live in Ontario and the cost of living is high and has gone up substantially, making it harder to find affordable housing.
